“The Way Foundation” is a Global non-profit charitable developmental organization and future training center for Women and Youth that operates on the principle that long-term social change is most effectively accomplished through initiatives promoting self-sufficiency and sustainability.

The Way Foundation has a clear vision to empower and raise great leaders within our global societies in an effort to create a better today and brighter tomorrow. Our goal and mission are firmly planted in laying the right foundation and instilling strong moralistic principles with effective service based strategies for accountability, inclusion, transparency and communal vesture built on mentorship to engage, inspire and motivate these future global leaders.

While we are in various stages of the process of registering The Way Foundation in several countries, we work in partnership with various organizations globally whom we deem share our views and passion towards development, transparency and inclusion.

Our Motto is:  Inspiring Minds… Motivating a Nation
